Biography: Alice McCreary

Alice McCreary, MS
Reference Librarian,
Jenkins Law Library

Alice McCreary received her MS in Library and Information Science from Drexel University in 1987 and has a BS in Medical Technology from Rutgers University. Before joining the Reference staff at Jenkins Law Library in 1999, she had more than 12 years experience as a law firm librarian. Alice served on the Executive Board for the Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association (GPLLA) from 1996 to 1998 and is also a member of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL), and the Special Libraries Association (SLA).

Alice teaches the following classes at Jenkins: Internet Medical Literature Searching; and Medical Resources on the Internet. She is a contributor to the Jenkins' Weblog and to the Jenkins' Research Tips.
