Earning her Master of Laws in 1977 from Jagiellonian University, Cracow, Poland, Malgorzata started her professional career as corporate lawyer in Poland. In 1988 Malgorzata joined the Public Services Staff at West Virginia University, College of Law Library. She has worked as the Head of Circulation/Reference Department. In addition to her administrative duties, she provided reference service to law faculty and students, lawyers and the general public. Malgorzata joined the Jenkins staff in 1998. She coordinates and manages scanning, indexing and conversion projects including Pennsylvania Court documents such as Court Records and Briefs for Jenkins and Court opinions for palawlibrary.com. Between 2000 and 2004, she initiated and organized the scanning of the Pennsylvania Legislative Histories collection compiled by Jenkins' Reference Staff. As a result of that project over 800 documents have been scanned, indexed and made available on the Jenkins' Web site. In addition to her daily duties, she also compiles a list of New and Noteworthy titles to appear on the Jenkins' site monthly.

Malgorzata is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries and the Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association.
