Biography: Nancy Garner
Nancy Garner, MLS
Head of Information & Research Services,
Jenkins Law Library

After obtaining a B.A. in History from The Pennsylvania State University in 1980 and a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981, Nancy worked in several law school and law firm libraries before joining the Reference staff at Jenkins in 1988. In addition to her regular duties, Nancy conducts the Jenkins Orientation Program and contributes to Jenkins' Research Tips.

She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries and the Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association where she has served as Co-chair of the Membership Committee and as board member. Presently, Nancy sits on the Paralegal Studies Curriculum Advisory Committee of the Community College of Philadelphia.
