RayAna studied Digital Media at Temple University and has a background in Information Science. Prior to joining the Jenkins Web team, she worked as the Technical Services Assistant/Assistant Webmaster for the Library Department at Fox Rothschild O'Brien & Frankel. She joined the Jenkins staff in June of 2005 as the Web Assistant and became Web Developer in May of 2007. In her current position, she directs the development and maintenance for the Jenkins Web site, palawlibrary.com, and the staff Intranet. She is also the photographer behind the photo of Nicole Engard in Library Journal's 2007 Movers & Shakers and also in American Libraries.

In addition to her primary commitments, RayAna also teaches the Intro to HTML & Web Design classes that are offered at Jenkins.
