Sheila received her Masters in Library Science from Drexel University in 1976. She joined the staff at Jenkins Law Library in September 1999. Prior to joining the staff at Jenkins, Sheila held positions at the Balch Institute for Ethnic Studies, Franklin Institute, and the Free Library of Philadelphia. Sheila is a member Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association and the American Association of Law Libraries.
