Turnstiles have been installed in the lobby of our building to improve security. Instead of showing your Jenkins membership card to a guard, you will now swipe your membership card at the turnstile to enter and exit the elevator area. If you do not have a Jenkins Law Library membership card, you will be required to show identification to the guard and sign in at the desk.

• From I-95: Take Exit 22 (Central Phila. & I-676). Follow signs for Callowhill St. Take Callowhill, then turn left onto 8th Street.

• From Harrisburg, PA: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike East towards Philadelphia. Then take the I-76 East exit, exit number 24, towards Philadelphia. Continue on I-76 East for approximately 18 miles. Then take I-676 East towards Central Philadelphia (left-side exit). Then follow the directions below from I-76.

• From I-76: Take Exit 38, I-676 East. Exit at 8th Street.

• From Ben Franklin Bridge: Follow signs to Vine Street (local). Head west on Vine; turn left on 8th Street.

• Discounted Parking: Central Parking System, which is located on Market Street between 8th and 9th, has offered a $2.00 discount to visitors of Jenkins Law Library. Patrons should present their parking tickets at the circulation desk to get a discount sticker. When leaving the lot, present your ticket and sticker for the discounted price.
  

• Mass transit: Jenkins is one block away from the 8th & Market SEPTA and PATCO stations and a short walk from the SEPTA Market East Regional Rail Station.
