Membership Rates and User Fees
Choose the appropriate membership type from the levels listed. Then fill out all the required fields and click submit. Your application will be automatically sent to Jenkins Membership Department. $155 per attorney |
| Regional |
$155 each for first 4 attorneys; $130 for each additional attorney |
| Remote |
$155 each for first 4 attorneys; $600 flat annual rate for firms with 5 or more attorneys |
- Local:
Your practice or office is located within Philadelphia. All attorneys in the firm are required to join.

- Regional:
Your practice or office is located within 50 miles of Philadelphia. All attorneys in the firm are required to join.

- Remote:
Your practice or office is located more than 50 miles from Philadelphia.
Apply for Remote Membership.
- Non Attorney:
You are not an attorney or legal organization.
Apply for Non Attorney Membership.
- County Law Library :
Apply for County Law Library Membership.
- Retired Attorney:
Must be listed as Retired on the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board website.

- Satellite Offices:
This option is for satellite offices of Philadelphia law firms who are members of Jenkins.
Apply for Satellite Office Membership.
- Student: $20 annually for paralegal students; $25 annually for law school students
You must produce a valid law school or paralegal student ID. No borrowing privileges, though fee-service discounts still apply.

- Public Agency or Nonprofit Organization: $130 per attorney
Letter of verification required to subscribe at this rate.
- Daily user rates
General Public: $5 (Computer usage is limited to one-hour per day.)
Attorneys and other members of a firm (law clerks, paralegals, secretaries, etc.) are not able to use the library on a daily basis unless subscribed to the membership program.

Our membership fee structure is based on the premise that research performed by one attorney in an organization benefits the entire company.
Law firms and corporate legal departments are thus required to join at the 100% level.
Participation at the 100% level means that dues are paid for every attorney in the organization.
Membership runs on a calendar year; dues and cards are not transferable.
