Skype Founders File Copyright Suit Against eBay
The suit, in Northern California federal court, alleges that eBay changed Skype’s source code, which the founders never sold to the online auction giant. Skype’s new owners are also named in the suit. eBay’s no doubt channeling C3PO: “Will this never end?
