The Business Entity Form Matters: How to Choose the Right Form

This program will compare and contrast the various forms of entity choices, including sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporate entities to demonstrate the importance of this choice. The choice of entity affects can have an alarming effect on the operations of a business, from the degree of control and level of personal risk to the taxes to which a company is subject to. Getting the choice of business entity correct up front can help support the success of a business.
