Getting the Most Out of Fastcase
Fastcase lets you search and view cases from the U.S. Supreme Court, Federal Circuit, District and Bankruptcy Courts, and State supreme and appellate courts. Fastcase is available free to Jenkins members. Come to this one-hour, hands-on session to learn how to:
- Login to Fastcase
- Search by citation
- Formulate Boolean and natural language queries
- Use limits (date, jurisdiction, number of records, etc.)
- Customize the results page
- View and download cases
- Use Authority Check
Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
