New Jersey Family Law Basics
David will focus on the basics of custody, child support, alimony and equitable distribution under current New Jersey case law and statutes. He will also discuss useful print resources relevant to NJ family law. There will be a short explanation of some of the mandatory requirements when filing a complaint in Superior Court.
Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit. Of this, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
