Present your membership card at the Circulation Desk and borrow Jenkins materials.

• 3-Day Loan: court rules, digests, regulations, statutes, unbound periodicals
• 2-Week Loan: audiocassettes, bound periodicals, case reporters, encyclopedias, form books, treatises, videocassettes

Renewals: Books and cassettes may be renewed once if they haven't been reserved. Renewals begin the day they are requested, rather than the original due date. Request a renewal in person, through My Catalog or contact Circulation at 215.574.1500.

Overdue fines: $6/day per item for DVD/VCR tapes; $5/day per item for court rules, digests, regulations, statutes, unbound periodicals; $3/day per item for all other items.

Terms & Conditions: Borrowers are responsible for all materials checked out on their member ID cards. Items may not be checked out if a borrower owes money or possesses items more than 2 weeks overdue. Student members do not have borrowing privileges. Membership replacement cards are $10.
