Jenkins is a depository for records and briefs (commonly referred to as paperbooks) from the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The library also owns a comprehensive collection of U.S. Supreme Court records and briefs. A large percentage of these records and briefs have been indexed to make them easier for you to locate and request from our website.
