Fastcase Access Problems?

If Internet Explorer is not allowing access to Fastcase or you are being logged out, try this quick fix to add Fastcase as a trusted site. Note: These instructions are for Internet Explorer versions 7, 8 and 9.

  1. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options. (Depending on your version of IE, you may have to click on the gear icon, then Internet Options.)

  2. Click on the the second tab marked Security.

  3. Select Trusted Sites (the green checkmark) and then click on the Sites button.

  4. In the the Add this website to the zone box, type https://apps.fastcase.com and click on the Add button.

  5. Click on the Close button, then click on the OK button on the Internet Options window.

  6. Try accessing Fastcase again.
