Philadelphia Self-Help No-Fault Divorce Manual
This manual is only a guide. It is not to be used as a substitute for legal advice. It is not designed for people with complicated divorce issues. Appendix A contains definitions of terms you will see in this manual and Appendix B contains relevant statutory provisions. For the text of the Pennsylvania Divorce Code, see Title 23 PA.C.S.A. Domestic Relations Chapter IV, of the Unofficial Purdon's Pennsylvania Statutes. This manual was last updated in July 2007.

Viewing PDF Files

The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader © is recommended to view or print the forms and instructions in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader © is available free of charge for DOS, Windows, and Macintosh workstations at Adobe's website at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat/readstep.html.

Some forms are also available as PDF fill-in forms. Fill-in forms allow information to be entered on the form before it is printed out. If you plan to print the form before filling it out, download the nonfill-in format.
