Classroom Configuration

This room is well suited for large meetings, informal gatherings, seminars and presentations. The multi-purpose room accommodates up to 50 people. It can be configured as desired.

Our multi-purpose room is equipped as follows:

• Instructor computer station
• High speed internet connection
• LCD projector and screen
• VCR and CD/DVD players
• Built-in whiteboards with markers
• SMART Board interactive whiteboard
• Tack boards
• Flip chart
• Local telephone service
• Wifi access

Room setup, chair and table placement and preparation of equipment are included in the room price. You can access your room up to one hour before the start of your event.

Rates

• $400 full day:    Members/non-profit organizations
• $500 full day:    Nonmembers
• $250 half day:    Members/non-profit organizations
• $300 half day:    Nonmembers

Also available by the hour.

Note: A refundable $250 deposit is required.
