Creating a Company: Intra and Entrepreneurship in the Healthcare Space (Webinar)

This webinar will cover the key legal and contractual building blocks required for any start-up to successfully launch with a focus on the healthcare space and the two-fold choice of intra and entrepreneurship. We will explore common concerns including:

Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
