Communication 101, Otherwise Known as Rule 1.4 (Webinar)

An enjoyable ethics class presented by a former Speech and Language Pathologist. Learning how and why you need new vocabulary to help you listen; determining whether you really are a good listener; and figuring out how you can use “conflict” and “resistance” for better communications - not just with your client!

Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in ethics.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit in ethics/professionalism.
