Divorce and Custody 101 (Webinar)

Many legal practitioners will come across a Family Law issue in their career, whether it be related to a client’s case or a general question from someone seeking counsel. Family Law practitioner Caitlin Fox, Esq. will discuss the fundamentals of Family Law, specifically focusing on Divorce and Custody matters. This course will provide attendees with a basic understanding on Divorce filings, practical considerations in a Custody matter, and procedures and processes in Family Court. Attendees will leave equipped with the tools to effectively guide their clients on basic issues as they pertain to Family Law.

Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit.
