Name recognition is extremely important for an attorney who wishes to expand his or her client base. Unfortunately, paid advertising can be very expensive. An alternative method is to get yourself published in various media outlets. Getting published will help to establish yourself as an expert in your field.

This program will provide specific tips on how to author Op-Eds, books, magazine articles and blog posts, including a detailed discussion of the Pennsylvania Ethics rules that apply to these types of content, such as 1.6. (Confidentiality of Information) and 7.4. (Communication of Fields of Practice and Specialization), among others.

The presenter, Larry Atkins, is a lawyer, author, journalist and professor at Temple University and Arcadia University.
