Jenkins Law Library: Improved and Expanded Remote Research Tools

Come to this free CLE to experience Jenkins' new and improved website, educate yourself about the wealth of resources available remotely 24/7 on your desktop, and ultimately enhance your practice. The research tips and techniques presented in this class are relevant to legal professionals at all levels, from solos to new associates to established partners. Bring your legal research questions with you for some hands-on issue-solving assistance.

Jenkins members get access to many full text resources from their desktops, even when the library is closed: practice books from LexisNexis and Loislaw, appellants' and appellees' briefs, state and federal cases and statutes, law review articles, forms, and more. They're always connected -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This class is free for Jenkins members, as well as non-member attorneys, law clerks and paralegals.

Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit.
