Jury Trials During COVID-19 (Webinar)

Come to this one-hour CLE to hear the lessons learned by the local attorney who successfully tried one of the first jury trials of the COVID-19 era. You'll find out what worked, what didn't, and how a big-firm attorney had to adapt to social distancing requirements by becoming a "temporary solo" in order to achieve a substantial jury verdict in favor of his client.

Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
