Legal Ethics and Advising Medical Marijuana Clients

Pennsylvania has recently allowed for the limited sale of marijuana for medical purposes. This presentation will discuss the legal ethics of providing cannabis related advice to individuals and companies. This is not a discussion on the law, but on the ethical processes required to comply with various laws and regulatory requirements applicable to a healthcare and life science practice.
