The Rules Governing Conflicts of Interest

Conflicts of interest are one of the most challenging and complex areas under the rules of professional conduct, yet one of the most important for every lawyer regardless of practice area. This course provides practical advice to recognize and understand the different types of conflicts of interest that can arise in the course of representing clients today.

Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in ethics.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit in ethics/professionalism.
