Prior to COVID-19, Philadelphia already faced an affordable housing crisis. The pandemic, with its economic uncertainties, forced the city and the local legal community to address the eviction process through the Emergency Housing Protection Act (EHPA).
Come to this one-hour CLE to learn about the details of the five individual bills comprising the EHPA. We'll also discuss challenges and concerns for ongoing tenant protections post-COVID-19.
Provider: Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
