Christopher Mandracchia is an experienced trial attorney. He handles criminal defense, Driving Under the Influence (DUI/DWI), Possession with Intent to Distribute (PWID), felony drug charges, possession, drug offenses, assaults, theft offenses, traffic violations, marijuana DUIs and drugged driving. He also has experience handling civil cases for breach of contract, fraud, defamation, dog bites, personal injury, premises liability, and other civil wrongs. At his previous firm, Chris was the attorney in charge of estate planning for individuals and families, including wills (with trust provisions), power of attorney and living wills (advanced medical directives).
Mr. Mandracchia is a member of the NORML legal committee and works with individuals and businesses dealing with issues regarding cannabis/medical marijuana/hemp/cbd. He is also well-versed in the Controlled Substance Drug Device and Cosmetics Act and has represented individuals and businesses with their legal needs at the local and federal level.
Attorney Mandracchia was an Assistant District Attorney in Berks County, PA from 2010 to 2015. He prosecuted and managed many cases from inception to trial. Chris continued to expand his knowledge through specialized training while employed as a Prosecutor. He is a graduate of Top Gun at the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center in Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA. He gained valuable knowledge and training in various fields of criminal law and has specialized training in DUIs, drugged driving, drug crimes, gang crimes, sex crimes, and other criminal defense areas.
