Animal Law and PA Criminal Law Resource Guides Available Now!

Jenkins recently published two new resource guides: Animal Law and Pennsylvania Criminal Law.

Animal law covers a wide range of topics, including rights and property issues, estate practice, torts, and criminal law. Our new resource guide Animal Law highlights the resources available to Jenkins' members regarding the welfare and rights of animals in these various issues.

Those researching Pennsylvania criminal practice and procedure should look at our Pennsylvania Criminal Law guide. This guide covers the major secondary resources available to Jenkins' members on many aspects of criminal practice and procedure, including arrest, search and seizure, jury practice, expungement, ARD, and more.

Find these and all our resource guides at https://www.jenkinslaw.org/research/guides.

For help navigating the resources highlighted in these guides, Jenkins' members can contact the Reference Librarians at 215.574.1505, email us at research@jenkinslaw.org, or chat with us.
