Torts

There are many tort law issues that could arise involving animals: dog bites, nuisances, veterinary malpractice, etc. This page will introduce the researcher to secondary resources where tort law involving animals is covered.

Additional resources on torts law and practice are also available. Researchers may want to start with Restatement of the Law: Torts and Pennsylvania Torts: Law and Advocacy.

Research Tip
