Federal Practice & Procedure

Federal Practice & Procedure

Federal practice can be overwhelming, especially for the uninitiated, but there are a variety of resources that aim to aid the practitioner in following federal rules and procedures.

This guide should be used as a road map to locating federal court practice materials at Jenkins. Material is available in both print and electronic formats where noted. Lexis, Westlaw, and other databases are available at the library. Some material may be accessed remotely on members' desktops.

It may also be beneficial to look at the court rules. For how to access the federal court rules, please see the Federal Court Rules guide.
