Sentencing Guidelines

The United States Sentencing Commission provides free online access to its Guidelines Manual. This Manual is also available on the library's Westlaw and Bloomberg Law computers as well as in print. See below for more details.

The Federal Sentencing Guidelines are often reprinted in commercial publications of the court rules. See the Federal Court Rules guide for where to find the court rules.
