To search the Federal Register, click the orange "Search" button, select "Advanced", then under "Refine by Collection" select "Federal Register". Contains the unofficial, HTML (XML-based) edition of the daily Federal Register. The top menu bar offers options to browse by topic, agency, date, and more. An advanced document search option is also available.

Also offers Public Inspection Documents, which offers a preview of documents scheduled to appear in the next day’s Federal Register issue.

Regulations.gov
Can search and browse Proposed Rules and Rules, as well as Notices from the Federal Register. Documents such as Public Comments and Supporting and Related Materials may also be available. Can also comment on a Notice or a Proposed Rule. PDFs of the Federal Register pages are also available.
