Member Databases

HeinOnline's American Law Institute Library has the most comprehensive collection of drafts for the Restatements of the Law. Members must be logged in to jenkinslaw.org to access this database. HeinOnline is also available in the library.

Restatement, Fourth, the Foreign Relations Law of the United States (2013-present)

        • Drafts are located below the Case Citations. Includes Preliminary, Council, Discussion, and Tentative Drafts. Drafts are separated into three broad subjects: Treaties, Sovereign Immunity, and Jurisdiction.

Restatement, Third, Foreign Relations Law of the United States (Revised) (1977-present)

        • Drafts are located below the Case Citations. Includes Preliminary, Council, Tentative, and Tentative Final Drafts.

Restatement, Second, Foreign Relations Law of the United States (1955-present)
