PA Code (Regulations)
The Pennsylvania Code is the official legal codification of the administrative regulations of Pennsylvania. It includes the final rules and regulations of the different state departments and agencies, the rules of the General Assembly, court rules, and county and municipality home rule charters.
The Pennsylvania Bulletin publishes proposed and final administrative rules and regulations before they are printed in the Pennsylvania Code.
For other ways to access the Pennsylvania Code and Bulletin, including in print as well as on subscription legal databases like Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law (which are available in the library), see the Pennsylvania Code & Bulletin guide. This guide also details how to access older versions of the Pennsylvania Code.
