Model Real Estate Forms in PA Legal Forms Database

Are you handling a real estate matter for a client and don’t want to reinvent the wheel when it comes to drafting a document? Start your search in the real estate materials in the PA Legal Forms database, which members of Jenkins can access from their home or office.

The real estate collection has various model forms including agreements, bills of sale, pleadings, letters, leases, promissory notes, disclosures and more, downloadable in various formats including Word.

To access the forms simply log into the Jenkins website with your name and member number. Once logged in, click on the “member center” link and scroll down until you see PA Legal Forms. Click the blue access button and you’re in.

Once logged in to PA Legal Forms, you can use the search box to search by category or title of the form, or click the blue “Real Estate” button and browse the many pages of model forms. Of course, if you’re having trouble navigating, give us a call at 215.574.1505, during normal business hours and we’d be glad to walk you through the process and help try to locate the form you’re interested in.
