FAQ - Free Book Pulling & Delivery
Who gets this service?
All members receive free book pullings. Free courier delivery only applies to orders delivered within the borders of the Free Delivery Area Map.
What if I am outside the Free Delivery Area Map borders?
You can pickup the books at our front desk; we can request a special courier; or we can send them via FedEX, UPS or USPS. You will need to give us your account number for FedEx and UPS deliveries. Special courier and USPS postal charges will be invoiced.
What are the weight requirements to qualify for free delivery?
Orders weighing 9 lbs or less.
How many books will I get delivered for free?
It depends on the weight of the book. To get an idea of the size of the book, view the catalog record for the page count.
What if my order weighs more than 9 lbs?
You will be invoiced for the full cost of delivery. Orders over 9 lbs cannot be split in order to receive the delivery free.
Will I be contacted if I am going to be billed for delivery?
Yes, someone will let you know that there will be a charge before your order is sent.
What are the boundary areas for the free courier delivery?

How often does the courier pick up at Jenkins?
The courier picks up from Jenkins at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm.
What If these pickup times do not work for me?
If you need a rush delivery or an off time pickup, we can request a special courier. You will be invoiced for the full cost of delivery.
When do orders need to be placed for the courier times?
Orders need to be received at least a half hour before the courier pickup time. Depending on the order we cannot ensure that it will be processed by the next courier time. Orders placed after the last courier time will go out the next morning barring any issues.
When can I expect my order?
We cannot confirm exact delivery time. We will let you know when your order has been processed and with which courier time it is leaving Jenkins.
What happens if I am not at the delivery location when my order arrives?
The courier will not leave items if there is no one to sign for them. The courier will re-attempt delivery and you will be invoiced for the full cost of the service.
What if I want to pick up my books?
The book pulling is free. We will leave the books at the front desk for pick up.
What will I be charged if I want my books sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS?
You will need to give us your account number for FedEx and UPS deliveries. USPS postal charges will be invoiced.
Do I have to pay for books to be returned to Jenkins?
Yes. We can send the courier to pick up the books, but you will be invoiced for the full cost of the service.

This service is available Monday - Friday. Please check our closing dates.
