Federal Court Rules on HeinOnline

The Federal Court Rules, found in the United States Code, are available in HeinOnline's U.S. Code Collection. Older versions of the court rules can be found in older editions of the U.S. Code.

Use the Appendix to Title 28, Judiciary and Judicial Procedure, for the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Federal Rules of Evidence. Use the Appendix to Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedure, for the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. Other federal court rules, like the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Rules of the United States Claims Court, and the Rules of the Court of International Trade are sometimes included in the Appendix to Title 28.
