Jenkins' members can borrow eBook versions of Moore's Manual: Federal Practice Forms from the LexisNexis Digital Library for a 7 day loan period. This set is a concise version of Bender's Federal Practice Forms, and it "brings together the essential forms for use in civil litigation in federal court, from the initial filing of the action through appeal" (Moore's Manual: Federal Practice Forms, LEXISNEXIS STORE, https://store.lexisnexis.com/products/moores-manual-federal-practice-forms-skuusSku10448 (last visited Oct. 26, 2018)).
