New Content Added to Philadelphia City Solicitor Opinions Database

Jenkins' Philadelphia City Solicitor Opinions Database contains over 2100 full text searchable opinions issued by the Philadelphia City Solicitor. It includes both formal and informal opinions with coverage going back to 1952. Close to 100 new opinions have recently been added, expanding content coverage to 2012. New content includes opinions related to real estate tax, bike lanes, lead paint disclosure, school funding and much more.
