Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Order Extending Closure until April 30, 2020 - Letter from Board President to Members - April 1, 2020

Dear Members,

Today the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has extended its general statewide court closure Order until April 30, 2020 subject to the exceptions outlined and as further ordered/implemented by the President Judges of their respective counties. As we previously announced, Jenkins' policy as to operational hours has historically been guided by the decisions of the Court. When the Court closes, so does Jenkins. As such, Jenkins' physical space will continue to be temporarily closed through April 30, 2020. Our librarians are working remotely and can be reached at research@jenkinslaw.org or by calling 215.574.1505.

We continue to extend our best wishes to you, your families, staff and colleagues and continue to hope that you are taking all precautions - and then some - seeking to stay safe and stay put.

Sincerely,

Theodore "Ted" Simon
President
