Juveniles in Detention during Coronavirus Pandemic

A recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court Order for In Re: The Petition of C.Z., A.O., and Z.S.-W., On Behalf of All Similary Situated Individuals addresses the issue of juveniles in detention in relation to the COVID-19 crisis.  To read this decision or see any other recent opinions or postings from the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts, go to the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania's Court Opinions and Postings page.
