Save Time with Practical Law

Are you looking to improve your drafting process? Practical Law provides up-to-date documents and clauses filled with drafting annotations, notes, and tips. It also has a wide variety of checklists, toolkits, and state-specific guidance. Members and self-represented litigants alike can access Practical Law in-person at the library via our Westlaw computer terminals.

Practical Law is often used to save time by providing access to templates and guidance on various topics, including: antitrust, arbitration, bankruptcy, commercial transactions, cybersecurity, intellectual property, real estate, trusts, and employment law. This includes Pennsylvania specific content, as well as national/federal materials.
