Advance Pricing Agreements Between Dutch and U.S. Business Entities (Webinar)

Our free CLE webinars are available to Jenkins members only. Join Jenkins today to enjoy this member benefit and more!

This class builds upon Inbound and Outbound Cross-Border Taxation, which provided introductory background information on, and a brief overview of, transfer pricing methodologies which can be utilized by related Dutch and U.S. business organizations.

This one-hour CLE will focus on Advance Pricing Agreements, which determine the transfer pricing methodology for pricing the taxpayer’s international transactions for the near future, generally for 5 years. APAs provide tax certainty by ensuring predictability in the treatment of intercompany transactions. They also help to simplify transfer pricing administration since tax authorities work cooperatively towards a practical resolution of complex matters involving multiple transactions.

Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit.
