This webinar will cover the key legal and contractual building blocks required for any start-up to successfully launch with a focus on the healthcare space and the two-fold choice of intra and entrepreneurship. We will explore common concerns including:

  • Whether to register in Delaware and navigating state requirements
  • Choosing the LLC, C or S Corporation as an intra or entrepreneur
  • Implementing a 2-factor strategy for IP sourcing
  • Best practices for cost-effective SEC registration
  • Avoiding punitive pitfalls in talent management

Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
