Opioids and Family Law Practice

America's opioid crisis has impacted many areas of the law: criminal law, bankruptcy and labor and employment, to name a few. But perhaps no practice has witnessed more of a dramatic impact than family law. Come to this one-hour lunchtime CLE to learn about the effects of opioid addiction upon dependency proceedings, child custody, support law and more.

Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
