An Overview of the Personal Bankruptcy Process (Webinar)

This one-hour CLE will discuss the basics of personal bankruptcy. Covering initiation through process and discharge, the course will provide a foothold to knowledge about the bankruptcy process and how it comes into play with other areas of law.

Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
