Pennsylvania Rule 8.4(g) and the First Amendment (Webinar)

This CLE will discuss core First Amendment law, how it applies to attorneys, and the proposed revisions to Pennsylvania Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g). We will focus on how the First Amendment limits the government’s power to restrict attorney expressive rights, and whether PA Rule 8.4(g) is a constitutional regulation under this precedent.
