Legal risks can emerge from various sources and have significant impacts if not managed properly. Our goal in the seminar is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of what legal risk is, explore a strategic approach of legal risk project management, and learn from real-world case studies. This knowledge will empower you to identify, assess, mitigate, and to capitalize on legal risks for your clients.
