What You Need to Know About Employment Law to Avoid Malpractice (Webinar)

This class will provide a checklist of items a business or transactional attorney should address or, at the very least flag, to be compliant with COVID regulations, when setting up a corporate structure, preparing business contracts for an existing business, evaluating independent contractor and gig economy worker arrangements, or separating employees including layoffs, considerations of severance, separation or dissolution agreements for a company with employees.

Provider:
Jenkins Law Library, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of CLE credit in ethics.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of total CLE credit in ethics/professionalism.
