Ms. Middleton has enjoyed 20 years of success as an attorney. She has clerked for a federal judge and practiced with preeminent large law firms. Coleen also served as the First Associate Commissioner of the New York City Department of Investigation, an Assistant Deputy Mayor of Philadelphia, and an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.

Coleen is the author or co-author of several law journal articles and a book published by New York University Press. She has created and taught 12 Continuing Legal Education courses for attorneys across the country. Ms. Middleton graduated from New York University School of Law and Princeton University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York Bars.
