Jenifer D. Kaufman, Esq.

Jenifer Kaufman has over 20 years of experience litigating Pennsylvania workers' compensation cases. She is the founder and principal of Kaufman Workers' Compensation Law in Abington, PA.

Ms. Kaufman is one of a small group of attorneys that is certified as a workers' compensation specialist. She has been certified since 2013, the first year this certification was available, and was re-certified in 2018. Jenifer is also an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section and served on its Executive Committee in 2015.

Attorney Kaufman also litigates Social Security Disability claims and is accredited by The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a veterans' benefits attorney.
